The Nautilus Health Club is situated in the Hotel Royal Orchid on the village of Caniço de Baixo.

The Health Club occupies a privileged and wide area, where one can find variety of modalities and services: a wide room for group activities, a gym with several professional equipment, a space for Cardio-Fitness overlooking the sea, heated indoor pool, outdoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi, turkish bath and massages.

The members of the Nautilus Gym, besides from enjoying this great space and services may also enjoy the excellent private and direct access to the sea.

Group Activities

Aero Combat - Class that combines the movements of material arts and combat sports with music. Its diverse athletic training, built in a effective sequence os periods of work and active rest.

Aero Dance - This class is funny, dynamic and accessible to all people who like to dance, with or without experience. Feel the rhythym and feelgood, is the motto of this class.

Body Pump - Group strength training with music, bars and weights. The aim is toning and muscle definition. It is a very simple program for anyone looking for quick results.

GAP - These activities use body weight and/or adapted equipment, together with music, contributing to the development of strengh and muscular endurance. Can be a workout for all muscle groups or only certain areas (gluteus, abdominal and legs).

SGA ( Global Active Stretching ) - This is a group class, in which you stretch the more rigid muscle chains, with the aim to improve posture and flexibility levels. It is advisable to all ages .

Spinning - Indoor cycling training that provides great benefits to the cardiovascular and muscular systems, as well as promotes the reduction of fat mass. Classes are ministrated at the sound of contemporaneous songs.

STEP - This is a class that provides a cardiovascular training in which intensity can be self-regulated by adjusting the step height and the amplitude of the choreographed movements above the platform and/or around it. Helps to regulate the balance and motor coordination.

Stretching - Group class consisting in stretching the muscles to improve flexibility levels.
